His analysis indicates that there is little chance of an energy shortage this winter, thanks to a surplus supply of power. Council Adopts Findings and Comments on Subbasin PlanningThe Council adopted the findings and response to comments on the subbasin planning process. This was the last step in the amendment process to adopt subbasin plans as part of the Council's fish and wildlife program. He reviewed Bonneville's policy proposals, known as The Regional Dialogue, which describe how generating resources will be developed, priced, and sold in the the Northwest. |
