Noon - 1:00 — Lunch

1:00 - 3:00

Amongst the conclusions of the Summit was a need to “begin exploration of data management and technology approaches” with a request for NED, PNAMP and PNW-RGIC to provide input. For many of us this will not be a new topic so we are in a position to provide some timely input.

To help support this task, NED is offering to host a joint NED, PNAMP and PNW-RGIC discussion to explore data management and technology approaches and Joy Paulus has volunteered to facilitate the effort. One suggestion is to review and update the “Technical Architecture” component of the White Papers - prepared following the 2005 Data Management Summit. Please see page 33.

This paper could be updated to meet the summit need and redrafted for a non-technical audience.
