Transition Provisions

Continuation of Existing Measures

Unless specifically stated otherwise, all measures not directly superseded by this program will continue to have force and effect until:

1. a subbasin plan has been adopted by the Council for the subbasin in which the project is located (or, for research and mainstem measures, a research or mainstem plan);
2. the measure has been specifically repealed in a subsequent rulemaking; or
3. three years have elapsed following the final approval of this program, whichever occurs first.
