States and tribes in Blue Mountain and Mountain Snake provinces take the ?base projects? list and within available provincial budget, augment those with local priorities and ESA needs. This consists of subbasin-by-subbasin project lists and budgets as well as a reasoned explanation as to why these projects were selected over other qualified projects that were considered.
