New BiOp Projects Review

The ISRP will conduct scientific review of proposed new projects that are requested for implementation as part of the 2008 Biological Opinion using criteria established by the Act.  These criteria include whether projects:

  1. Are based on sound scientific principles
  2. Benefit fish and wildlife
  3. Have a clearly defined objective and outcome
  4. Include provisions for monitoring and evaluation of results
  5. Are consistent with the Council’s fish and wildlife program
