RTF Studies
On occasion, the RTF orchestrates technical studies that have regional interest and multiple funding organizations. Through approval of the RTF, a subcommittee is usually formed to provide administrative and technical assistance as needed for a particular study.
This assistance may include:
- development of statements of work
- issuance of requests for proposals
- contractor selection
- contracting and contractor oversight.
