SUBJECT: March 13th Agenda and Meeting Location

Attached is the proposed agenda for our March 13th meeting in Portland. As you can see from the agenda we have decided to "order in" lunch so that we may be able to complete are work sooner in the day. You can place your lunch order online. Please submit your request by 3 pm on Monday the 12th so that we have time to get your order in for the next day.

Ten new documents have been posted on the Regional Technical Forum's web site that will be discussed at the meeting. These include revised measure tables for the following:

• Heat Pump and Central Air Conditioner Efficiency Upgrades with PTCS
• Heat Pump and Central Air Conditioner Efficiency Upgrades without PTCS
• Heat Pump Conversions with PTCS
• Heat Pump Conversions without PTCS
• Energy Star Room Air Conditioners
• Performance Tested Comfort Systems

Two new measure tables have been created:

• LED Traffic Signals
• Vending Machine Controls

In addition to the above new and revised measure table, there are two spreadsheets that we will be referring to in our discussion and decisions on assigning each utility to heating, cooling and solar zones. These spreadsheets are PNW Climate Zones and PNW Zone Assignments. Bonneville is also preparing maps that show the county level zone assignments and I hope to have these at the meeting.
